The sacrament of Baptism is the first step in our life-long journey in the Catholic faith. Whether we are baptized as infants or adults, Baptism celebrates the embrace of God, the outpouring of the Spirit, and our acceptance of that transforming love.
At All Saints Parish, baptisms are celebrated usually on Saturday or Sunday. Special permission can be obtained for a different day from the pastor. Families may choose one of our priests or deacons for baptisms that are celebrated outside a mass. The presider of the mass is the presider of baptism during it. Families who desire to baptize a child under the age of eight will need to set up an appointment to meet with the pastor, Fr. Philip Tracy, for preparation. If this is not your first child to be baptized, Fr. Phil would still like to meet with you briefly to fill out paperwork, answer questions, and hear how the vocation of being Catholic parents is going.
For older children and adult Baptism, please refer to the RCIA link.
If you are interested in having your baby or young child baptized, please complete the form below. One of our clergy will respond to you shortly.
