Confirmation

Through the sacrament of Confirmation, we are anointed with the Holy Spirit. It is a sign of our commitment and a deepening of our baptismal gifts. Like Baptism and Eucharist, it is a Sacrament of Initiation for Catholics. Once you receive the sacraments of Initiation, as Catholic Christians, our work is just beginning-- we need to keep the Holy Spirit alive within us by continuing to grow a deep relationship with Jesus. with the support of the Church, our faith community, our personal prayer life, and our reading Scripture and sharing our faith with others.
